Kashton Concept Nigeria Limited was established and incorporated in January 2005, under the Companies Allied Matters Acts with registration number RC613930. Kashton Concept Nigeria Ltd is an indigenous oil engineering and procurement company in the downstream sector of the oil and gas industry in Nigeria.

Kashton Concept Nigeria Limited is primarily involved in the importation, storage and distribution of petroleum products, and the provision of various oil and gas related professional services, which includes importation of Premium Motor Spirit (petrol), Automotive gas oil (diesel), Bright stock 150(BS), Dual Purpose Kerosene, Aviation Turbine Kerosene (ATK).

Sherif Shagaya is the Chairman/ Managing director of Kashton concept Nigeria Ltd. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the University of Bradford, England. He is part of the management team of Practoil Ltd and Phoenix Energy Nigeria Ltd. He is also the Chairman/Managing Director of Maron Oil and Gas Ltd and Expo solution.

Yusuf Mohammed is the General Manager of Kashton Concept Nigeria Ltd. He is a graduate of Accounting from Bida Polytechnic, he has a postgraduate degree in Accounting and Finance fromABU Zaria, and also an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN).

Segun Kolawole is the Chief Finance Officer of Kashton Concept Nigeria limited. He is a graduate of Accounting from Kwara state polytechnic, Ilorin. He is also an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria.

Secretary

KAMAR Alimi Esq., Barrister, and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria. He has a Masters degree in law and a Master of Business Administration (MBA). He obtained LL.B from Usmanu Danfodio University, Sokoto and proceeded to University of Abuja and Nassarawa State Unity Keffi. Areas of interest are Corporate and Business laws, Electronic Contracts, Land Law, and Evidence Law. He is a resource person on business and law platforms. An ICT enthusiast with background from Teracom Training Institute USA, VSAT Training from Q-KON South Africa, Satellite Modem Training at Radyne Comstream, Phoenix, USA, Intersky Hub Communication Training from Shiron Satellite Communication Israel. He’s a Cisco Certified Network Professional (CNNP) with international Cisco Id: Cisco111511746. A co-author of two books: Evidence Law and Practice in Nigeria and Land Law and Practice in Nigeria. His purpose of studying law is to provide a legal solution for life and business challenges whether inside or outside the court. He is married with children.
